I will start out with what Goldenline Construction did well. They did fix every problem that came up and Alex our 2nd Project Manager was great and extremely accomodating. However, we had to micromanage the project and point out every issue that came up. If we didn't review the work that was being done daily the work would have turned out so much worse. That being said; I would not trust Goldenline to build a dog house let alone do any additional work in my house. They subcontract all of the work and the majority of the subcontractors demonstrated any skill, craftsmanship or pride in workmanship. Every component that they touched needed to be redone or fixed. They worked with NUHome Showroom to provides the cabinets. The quality of the cabinets that were delivered are extremely low quality. The wood is very soft and scratches very easily. They don't come with any of the inserts that are availabile in every big box store and do not seem like they will hold up in 10 years. The guy building the cabinets damaged at least 50% during the installation causing us to make them replace the damaged units. He was installing cabinets that were clearly scratched and damaged. One would think that it would require double work to fix, replace or repair them after the intial installation. However during the cabinet install, our first project manager tried to get us to let them finish the install and then they would "fix any issues." If we didn't inspect the work on a daily basis our project manager would not have found or fixed any of the problems. Additionally, almost every pull handle that was installed was not installed straight or level. I found this problem literally an hour after he had been on site inspecting the work and even sent me a picture (from a distance) saying things were looking great. I could see the uneven handles right away without even having to look closely. Flooring; during the floor demo they put chips and divots in our concrete slab necessitating "floor leveling." However, they didn't actually fill the holes that were created and just spread some leveling stuff around giving the impression that they did something. As I walk over the floor i can still feel indentations that cause the flooring to give more than it should. They didn't clean up after themselves, leaving large piles of trash both inside and out on our front porch and again it wasn't removed until we made them do it. Even during the flooring install where the floor should be clean, they just pushed the pile of trash around until they ran out of room and had to remove it all. I asked over and over for them to clean up before doing more work, but The backsplash install was the straw that broke the camels back with us and Goldenline. They installed the tile that we had selected and the install was extremely amature. Tiles were uneven, poorly alighed and not flush against the wall. When we brought this up to our project manager he said they would try and fix it. Their fix was even worse than the original install. I brought this up with our project manager and he became extremely rude, aggressive and condesending and ended in a verbal altercation. We escalated this issue with his boss who removed the project manager from our project and allegedly he separated from the company. Goldenline did end up replacing and redoing our entire backsplash, but with tiles there were not our first choice. We do like what we ended up with, but would have been nice to not go through the whole ordeal. The photos are all examples of issues and flaws that we found and had to point out to our project manager. They were eventually fixed after 2-3 attempts.

I love how they remodeled my bedroom and kitchen at the house I just bought. Great quality service and great quality products. I definitely recommend remodeling with Goldenline construction. Thanks so much guys!!!

We had a very positive experience with Benji and the team at Goldenline Construction. They helped us fully renovate our garage space after the heavy rains in LA over the past few months caused some leaks. Benji was kind, courteous, responsive, and really tried to get to know us in the process of fixing up our space. His team worked quickly when they were able to (i.e., weather delays) and we are very pleased with the end result. Benji managed the whole process and provided frequent updates. It was a real pleasure to work with him, his crews, and Goldenline's financing team (they made it very easy to secure needed funds for the project).

I find it difficult to believe the 5-star reviews of Goldenline Construction. The only way my horrendous experience with Goldenline could have been worse is if they had stolen my money and disappeared. My simple master bathroom remodel project, which I was told would take 4-6 weeks, took over 8 months from the time the initial demolition took place in December 2021. Here's how things began: after waiting 4 months (June 2021 to October 2021) for my city permit, I finally contacted Building & Safety myself and scheduled an appointment. Apparently Goldenline was not making efforts to inquire about the status of the permit because it was approved on the spot at my appointment. My assigned project manager, who initially said "yes" and "can do" to my requests, switched to "no," "why would we do that?" after I signed the contract. He and the workers contracted by Goldenline were constantly missing in action; they had car trouble, were stuck in traffic, had a sick puppy, were ill or had family emergencies. Communication was poor, and the project manager was uninvolved. In fact, he disappeared twice for 3 weeks at a time. The continuous delays resulted in work ceasing for weeks throughout the project. After I complained, I was supposed to be assigned a new project manager, but that only happened after I lodged a complaint with the Contractors State License Board when the project hit the 6-month mark with no end in sight. I was told the first project manager was no longer with the company, but I still see recent reviews with his name mentioned. Nearly all the workers sent by the company were unprofessional, and their work was sloppy and inferior. Not only were they incredibly careless, damaging my walls leading to the bathroom and nearly destroying my existing custom vanity, which they were supposed to refinish to "be like new," they also arrived unprepared. Almost every day workers were present, I was asked to provide batteries, tools, brooms, ladders, paper towels, buckets, vacuums and cleaning supplies. Since I was the only one supervising and monitoring the project, I spent the greater part of weekdays making sure further damage didn't occur, while losing out on my valuable work time. At one point, a Goldenline employee yelled at me over the phone for daring to consider a change in the floor plan after I discussed it with the plumber. He was angry about this because he would have to send the plumber home, even though the incorrect valves had been sent and the plumber was unable to work that day anyway. As another reviewer pointed out, Goldenline has a way of blaming the customer for every problem that arises. Then whole project continued like this --- incorrect valves, master bedroom furniture and carpeting left uncovered for the first part of the project and only covered after my multiple requests, damage to my new tub, incorrectly installed trim (not aligned and sharp edges), sink shut off valves difficult to turn, scratches in my tile, cracks in my "like new" vanity, gouges and scrapes on every wall leading to the bathroom ... the list is endless and Goldenline could not have cared less. In fact, the project manager's response was, "No one is perfect". Ultimately, I seriously dislike going into the master bathroom because it reminds me of my 8+ month (December 2021-August 2022) fiasco with Goldenline. Not only does it bring bad memories, but I see the many flaws and it only makes me sad, frustrated and angry.

We first connected with Goldenline Construction at the beginning of February 2021. We were purchasing our first home and it needed a lot of work. The house hadn’t been updated since the 1970’s. It was a very exciting time for us and we were thrilled to hire Goldenline as Eldan seemed to really understand that the quality of work was really important. He understood that this wasn’t a flip but rather something we were going to live with for a long time. In the beginning Eldan was onsite quite a bit, but after a few weeks he only came out occasionally sending his project manager instead who would send progress video and pictures back to Eldan. The scope of work included: removing a wall, removing a bathroom, removing another small wall, full electrical rewire, updated to central heat, a full kitchen and one bath remodel, mold remediation, deck resurfacing and new flooring throughout. All in all we paid Goldenline $239,000. The workers sent by Goldenline didn’t share Eldan’s appreciation for quality. Throughout the job I was pointing out sloppy, crooked, uneven work and while they would acknowledge the issues along the way, they couldn’t send the right people to correct the problems. For the final five months of the project, the project manager was rarely onsite, after originally being here at a minimum 2-3 times a week up until July. Eventually, as the months dragged on, my husband and I just wanted to move on so we settled our contract, paid in full, and now have a long list of things that need to be fixed. The biggest issue is that the newly replaced ceiling and walls in the kitchen are not straight. This had a cascading effect on the rest of the remodel. Either they knew the walls they installed were not straight before installing the kitchen cabinets and didn’t tell us (giving us an opportunity to adapt our plans), or they didn’t know they were uneven and there was no quality control. Regardless, the result is that almost everywhere the ceiling or wall meet the cabinets looks crooked looks sloppy. (See pictures) The upper kitchen cabinets go up to the ceiling and are a crooked mess. The cabinet doors on the pantry do not line up with each other. There is an inch-wide gap between the backsplash and the wall it is supposed to sit against which required which had to be filled with wall filler The bathtub was not installed straight. Like most stories you hear about contractors, we also experienced months of frustrating delays as workers wouldn’t show at scheduled times (always “he’ll be there tomorrow”, “he’s on his way”, etc.) Throughout the job we were pointing out issues, however towards the end of the job, we were almost blaring sirens about the quality of work in the kitchen and that it was not acceptable with cabinetry that didn’t line up correctly. They told us they fired the cabinet guy before yet continuing to schedule him to come to our house to keep working. It got to the point that dealing with the kitchen was causing me so much stress, I had to pass off the task of talking to them to my husband. I felt like I was going to explode and that is not a healthy way to live. As frustrating as all this was, it would have been forgivable if when I sat back and looked at my kitchen, I felt love. Instead when I stand back and look at my kitchen, I feel sadness, anger and frustration. When I am cooking/baking in the kitchen, I have love, because I love my house, but the details in the kitchen are just a mess. To top off the whole experience, in the end they offered us a $500 gift card, if we wanted to hire them for a minimum of $10K. Pass.

I am so happy with Goldenline Construction!!! I have wanted a new kitchen for about 40 years. Finally we were ready, we talked with several contractors and decided on Goldenline. I wanted a happy, different, special kitchen. Most contractors were locked into a certain way of doing the kitchen. Eldan listened to what I wanted. His men did an amazing job making my dreams come true! Everyday I look at my kitchen I am happy, thankful, and smile 🙂 I know they will make your dreams come true too 🙂

5 stars for Goldenline Construction. Manager was great to work with. I wanted my garage converted to a craft room/ office...or as I like to call it my "Mom Cave". After 3 short weeks, my dream has come true. I absolutely love the result. The crew was the best I have had work in my home. They showed up when they were supposed to, were always friendly, and most importantly knowledgeable about the work. I will absolutely consider Goldenline Construction for my next project. I ended up going with a different contractor in the end - but they seemed like a great company. They would of been my first choice if I didn’t end up committing and giving a deposit to another company. But from my first impression of them, they were sweet, professional and on time. Maybe next time!

They still came in to give me an estimate and was happy that they were kind and professional. I found Kfir and his team to be completely and 100% professional. That’s what led us to do a SECOND job with them. The first was to redo the kitchen. Which….a year later we are still getting compliments on. If you were wondering. It was time for us to beautify our home and who better than goldenline construction. This time we have decided to focus on the patio, and 2 bedrooms within our house. Kfir came up with great designs for everything. The project took about a month for everything to be done. I know there are many great construction companies, but from personal experience I will use them continuously.

I chose goldenline construction over 4 other companies. It was very hard to pick and choose and come down to the conclusion to use them just because there are many other companies that are great as well. But there was something unique about them. They were completely honest with everything that when I asked the other companies about certain things they said I feel that they weren’t as honest and just wanted the job. I am happy I went with them. The end product came out great. Small or big I highly suggest using them

I did some research. My dad mentioned that i should look through some websites called Houzz and angies list. So i searched them up and realized how great of reviews they were getting in multiple locations. Once i gave them a call and spoke with their secretary, I realized how great their customer service was. So i booked an appointment with them and they came over a couple days later. It was a pleasure to meet Eldan. He came in to take some estimates and give us a quote and decided to go with them a few days after thinking about it. We were going to go with another company, but decided to stick with them given their professionalism and manners. Their prices were higher than the other companies, but it was worth it after I saw the results.

Services were top of the line. Really happy with them and am happy to have a nice general contractor. Some of the other general contractors at other companies were blatantly rude and this one felt like a breath of fresh air. Glad we worked with them. Process took about 2 months to remodel our home.

I was pleased to have used golden line. They worked on my friends kitchen and fell in love with the design they did. I wanted them to custom make me a kitchen and they were able too. They sketched it out and showed me a 3D version as well. It was pretty dope. Good pricing and good quality work. Recommended

My family and I had this vision of how we wanted our kitchen renovated and Goldenline Construction really went above and beyond our expectations. They were professional, timely, and they offered a quote better than most contractors we called. Would 10/10 recommend for any contracting needs!

Held up to par with goldenline. Through a friend, I was able to get one of the best companies in town to come take an estimate of our home. I wanted to just do the kitchen cabinets, but after meeting them I decided to give them a little more of a bigger project. I wanted them to redo 2 bedrooms as well. That included new furniture, floors and cabinets as well. Happy i used them over any other company. Sometimes a referral can go a long way.

I had a great time collaborating with this construction company. We had Kfir come out and give us estimates, per request. And we loved him. So many people recommended him and he happened to be the one who picked up the phone as well. Once we met for estimates, we waited until we got quoting (which was in 3-D too which is cool). We got the quote and were happy with how fair the prices were so we decided to use them as our general contracting company. I started off dealing with another contractor, but wasn’t 100% about them so I ended up just going with my gut and standing beside goldenline and Kfir. Don’t regret it one bit. Turned out amazing!

They have played a big role in our lives. We used them about a year ago to fix some imperfections we had throughout our home. We were looking to fix up the garage and paint it and we did just that. A year later, we are now looking to redo our kitchen and some bedrooms. Replacing all floors, furniture, paint. Different vibes all around. Our home now is fully remodeled, looks great and feels great to be in it. So happy we saved up for this! Goldenline seemed like the right fit for us and they were great in having everything handled/organized.

Funny story. I was actually at a friends house when goldenline construction had came in and gave an estimate. I ended up telling my parents about them and they said they were willing to give a chance and see if they would like to use them after they meet them/get a quote. Long story short…we went with them too! My parents have been looking for the right company and it’s crazy how we found them. They were great to work with! My parents are really happy with the outcome and them as a team.

Was skeptical at first...but then i gave them a call and they gave a great first impression. Definitely helped me choose them. Didn't regret it. My kitchen looks amazing because of them. Although they were a little pricey, it was worth it, especially because of the quality.

Eldan has been a great mentor. He's been helping my family and I do vision boards for a couple days now. I wasn't sure about them in the beginning, but since we've committed to them, I have been very happy about choosing them. I was always unsure because of my past experiences. We went ahead and changed all the cabinets throughout the house and fixed the master closet. It's been great working with them.

Goldenline is simply the best construction company in the Valley (and everywhere else I suspect). Every person connected with the company has the highest standard of professionalism from Guy who did the initial estimate, Edoe and Cecile in the office, to Elias, Ferdi, Antonio, Francisco and all the others who supervised and carried out each stage of our bathroom renovation. Every person was pleasant, courteous, and very helpful in answering any questions we had. They were also helpful with the design of the bathroom and in supplying attractive, aesthetically pleasing material options within our budget. All of the workmen were also meticulous in cleaning up the work area at the end of each day. We recommend Goldenline without reservation, and we will certainly engage them in future for any renovation projects we take on.

We’ve spent such a good amount of time with goldenline construction and I wouldn’t want it any other way. They have stepped up and have been such a help through this process. Redoing/remodeling your home isn’t as easy as it looks. There’s so many options/prices/qualities etc into making your home look as beautiful as you want it to be. Thankfully, Eldan seemed very experienced. Showed me plenty of references/pictures and brought in samples of tiles, granite and etc of the things i was most interested in. I learned so much in so little time and the process was fun. Definitely less stressful because we were in the right hands.

My parents recently had renovations done by GoldLine Construction, they do not use technology so much so I am writing this review on their behalf! To start off, I also live in the house and I am beyond impressed. They took our out dated cabinets in the kitchen and made it marvelous. In addition, they restored our bathrooms, making it look like a high class hotel. The process was fairly quick, simple and adequately prices. I can say with confidence that my parents and I are very happy with the work that was done. Good price with excellent work, thank you so much!!!

Goldenline has played a pivotal role in our home recently. My family had decided to remodel parts of the house. Not the entire house because it’s expensive, but certain parts to start off. I told them I wanted to take initiative to find a company and they believed in me. I believe i found a great company and my family were happy with them as well. Eldan was super helpful. We broke down everything. Colors, quality, quantity, granite, and so much more. It was a long process, but Eldan made us feel so secure, comfortable and made sure we weren’t stressed out. If you’re looking around for a general contractor. Look no more. Goldenline construction has been amazing so far. I have enjoyed working with them. Although, they aren’t the cheapest company, I realized that it isn’t always about price, but rather it’s about quality. I would rather have a great job and good quality work and pay more than have the opposite and pay less.

My whole experience with GoldenLine construction was absolutely amazing. They gave me a very reasonable quote and completed my kitchen on time and to perfection. They are everything you want in a contractor; professional, reliable, and prompt. I was pleased with every aspect of the job they did and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for any size construction job.

Just moved into our new home and were looking for recommendations on a kitchen remodel. Friends of mine recommended I call them and tell them that I got referred. When I first called, they were super sweet over the phone and helpful. They helped us with everything! We ended up using them for a kitchen remodel, remake of the garage, patio, and cabinets. We still have more work to do down the line. But the start of it with Goldenline specifically has been a great one. I can assure you that you won’t regret using this company.

Although I did interview about 3 other companies, there was something about Goldenline/Kfir that stood out from the rest of them. It’s sometimes not just about how highly they are rated places, but how well they perform/what they can put down on the table for you. They seemed to be the most creative and have the most ideas compared to the rest. I enjoyed being apart of the creative process with them and they did update me with everything as well as allowing me to choose which of the ideas to go with. Pleasure to work with.

They were great overall. I ended up going with another company just because of my budget, but I am sure that if it was within my means I would 100% use this company. I didn’t want to budge with a company that was so well-known as them. Theres always a next time!

You always want whats best for you. No matter what it is. But lately I’ve been focusing on finding a company who can give me what I need, but deliver it with great communication and great quality work. After working with Goldenline beforehand, I felt that they were the best company I have interacted with so far and i still feel that way the second time around.

A few things to say about Goldenline and Eldan. I never asked, but Eldan was ALWAYS updating me with day to day updates during the remodel. It was great! I felt so invested and learned so much about the remodeling business. Although it does cost a lot of money, there are many benefits to remodeling your home. Just depends on if you are willing to invest in it. You also have to remember how long something like this will last you. So overtime, the investment will end up paying back! Plus you’ll have a newly remodeled home in the process. Definitely recommend.

Everything said within all of these reviews are true. They are experienced, polite, friendly, caring and HONEST. I put honest in bold because that’s what everyone should look for in a company. I had one company come in before I had found Goldenline Construction and they gave me a ridiculous quote followed by quoting extra random things that i didn’t even need. I explained the quote to goldenline and they were confused/in shock of how high of a price they gave me for a pretty reasonable job. There’s a difference between a company looking at their job as a source of money and a company that loves what they do. I think Goldenline loves what they do. This is why i chose these contractors to remodel my home.

Goldenline has remained true to themselves since I last met them. We had them do patio work about 6 months ago and decided to do some kitchen work and used them again. Still remained nice and professional within the 6 month gap we haven’t seen them. Will use again in the future.

Outstanding services. They came to give me an estimate and we ended up talking for so long. You can tell that Eldan is well educated on the topic of construction. I felt really comfortable choosing them based on the fact of how much knowledge he has. It is important that when building a house, the person knows exactly what they are doing. One little mistake and everything can go bad very quickly. We had them renovate the kitchen and some bedrooms along with paint. He was super nice, organized, professional but yet funny as well.

I was searching for a contractor/ construction company. I came across them because they were ranked in the top 5 on yelp. I searched them up on other places, like House, that leaves reviews as well. I noticed how great they have been doing since they started. Long story short, I used them and loved it. It was a great experience overall!

I had been shopping around to get a couple of quotes on a remodel I needed to do on a section of the house, from the moment I called Gold line I knew that the whole process would be simple and nothing like my last experience with contractors and construction companies. A contractor came over for an initial consultation, He was great. He was very knowledgeable and didn’t seem like he wanted to cut any corners even tho I was on a budget. My guest always comment how wonderful the remodel looks and how everything in the room just flows. I got exactly what I wanted at a fair price. This company is transparent, reliable, and most of all helpful.

We used their other business and they were talking about it with them. We decided to venture off to goldenline and do a small job with them. Just fixed a couple cabinets throughout the house. Great doing business with them once again. Greatly appreciated.
